What Our Customers Say

"I noticed white staining (efflorescence) on the outside of my chimney and called for an inspection. Turns out my chimney crown had multiple cracks letting water straight into the masonry. They sealed and repaired the crown and waterproofed the entire chimney. The team was professional, fast, and clearly knows their stuff. Veteran-owned and it shows — they take pride in doing things right. Great experience from Strongsville."

"I had no idea my rusted chase cover was causing water to pour into my chimney every time it rained. These guys came out, did a free inspection, showed me exactly what was wrong, and had a new stainless steel chase cover installed within days. No upsell, no pressure — just honest work. My Wadsworth home has never been better protected. 5 stars without question."

"We hired Chimney Professionals and Masonry to build an outdoor fireplace for our backyard and couldn't be happier. The craftsmanship is absolutely beautiful — exactly what we envisioned. They used premium stone, matched the style of our home, and finished on time and on budget. Our whole family has been using it every weekend. If you're in Hinckley or anywhere in Medina County looking for masonry work, these are your people."

"Had some serious mortar crumbling on my chimney after last winter. Called Chimney Professionals and Masonry and they came out the same week for a free inspection. The tuckpointing work they did was incredible — color-matched the brick perfectly. You can't even tell where the old mortar was. Veteran-owned and it shows in their work ethic. Highly recommend to anyone in Brunswick."

"Took advantage of their spring chimney cleaning special — $179 plus tax and it was worth every penny. The technician was CSIA certified, thorough, and explained everything he found during the Level II inspection. He showed us photos of the creosote buildup and the condition of the flue liner. Honest, professional, and punctual. This is the only chimney company we'll use in Medina County."
