Everything in Level I plus a full video camera scan of the entire flue interior. Required when selling a home, after a chimney fire, after any changes to the appliance or fuel type, or when damage is suspected but not visible.
Best for: Home sales, chimney fires, new appliances, suspected liner damage
Ordered when Levels I or II reveal damage that cannot be fully assessed without removing components. May involve opening walls, removing firebox panels, or partial demolition. Rare — only required in serious structural damage cases.
Best for: Serious damage assessment requiring component removal
